Personally; I don't like it BUT I'm being fair and putting my own personal bias aside; it's probably animated, key framing correct and everything.

As for the personal reasons I don't like it? The colors with the background, the head piece blends too much in with the backgrounds and having a dark grey against black just doesn't work.

I tried a colored background, but I didn't really like it. So I did a dark Grey with a blue tint

Okay as much as I don't usually care for this kind of stuff, holy S you put a lot of effort, and care into the animation. It's depressing that something worse in quality just because it's breaking bad beat this when you put so much effort, and care into this.
